कई बार होता है कि फोन चलते-चलते स्लो हो जाता है। मेमोरी खाली है लेकिन फिर भी ऐसा होता है। इसका कारण हो सकता है मालवेर या रेनसमवेर जैसे वायरस का अटैक। हम इंटरनेट पर कई एप्स डाउनलोड करते रहते हैं या कई साइट्स पर विजिट करते रहते हैं।
ऐसे में कई एप्स आपके फोन में वायरस या मालवेर छोडती हैं और आपका डेटा चुरा लेती हैं। इस आर्टिकल में हम आपको बता रहे हैं अपने फोन में मालवेर को डेटेक्ट और डिलीट कैसे करें?

फोन को बंद कर दें

यदि डिवाइस में मालवेर का अटैक हो तो फोन को तुरंत ऑफ कर दें। ऐसा करने से मालवेर को नेटवर्क नहीं मिलेगा और यह फोन की किसी एप को नुकसान नहीं पहुंचा पाएगा। आप किसी दूसरे कंप्यूटर की मदद से फोन के इस समस्या को हल कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा आप एंटी-मालवेर एप्स भी डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

सेफ मोड या इमरजेंसी मोड पर शिफ्ट करें

ऐसी स्थिति में फोन को वापस ऑन करने के बाद इसे सेफ मोड पर करें। इससे फोन डेमेज नहीं होगा। आप पावर बटन को कुछ देर दबाकर इसे सेफ मोड पर कर सकते हैं।
नोट- यदि सिक्योरिटी एप के बाद भी फोन में मालवेर हो तो इसे मैकेनिक के पास ले जाएँ।

सेटिंग्स में जाकर एप सर्च करें

सेटिंग्स में जाएँ। यहाँ एप्स मैनेजर में जाकर प्रभावित एप देखें। इसे तुरंत प्रभाव से अनइन्स्टाल या फोर्स स्टॉप करें।

प्रभावित एप की हर संदेहास्पद चीज डिलीट कर दें

फोन को वायरस से प्रभावित चीजों से बचाने के लिए इन्हें अनइन्स्टाल कर दें। एप लिस्ट को देखें और हर एप जिस पर आपको संदेह हो उसे डिलीट कर दें।

फोन में अच्छा मालवेर प्रोटेक्शन डाउनलोड करें

फोन को मालवेर से बचाने के लिए अच्छा मालवेर प्रोटेक्शन डाउनलोड करें। ऐसे कई ऑनलाइन एप्स हैं जो वायरस को स्केन करते हैं और जंक फाइल्स को हटाती हैं। प्रभावित एप को डिलीट करने के बाद डिवाइस में सिक्योरिटी प्रोग्राम डाउनलोड करें। यह आगे आपके फोन को मालवेर या वायरस से बचाएगा। आप गूगल प्ले स्टोर से 360 सिक्योरिटी, अवास्ट सिक्योरिटी या एवीजी एंटीवायरस डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
दी गई जानकारी से अब आप अपने फोन को मालवेर से बचा सकते हैं।
